Daily Rate Includes
1.	Services of a licensed professional hunter.
2.	Services of trackers and skinners.
3.	Field preparation of trophies and delivery to taxidermist.
4.	All motor vehicles used during the hunt, including the Durban airport.
5.	All safari camp accommodations, food and drink.

Not Included in Daily Rate
1.	Packing, disinfecting and shipping of trophies.
2.	Any tips to safari staff.
3.	Airfare to, from and within South Africa, including safari staff.
4.	Any hotel accommodations including safari staff.
5.	Hire of firearms and ammunition @ $25 / day.
6.	Tariff change beyond our control.

Conditions
1.	All deposits less expenses will be credited if a safari is cancelled, providing that the safari can be fully re-booked.
2.	All animals shot, killed or wounded must be paid in full.
3.	All payments must be made in US currency or AMEX travelers checks.
4.	Indemnity forms must be signed before commencement of the safari.
5.	All prices Quoted in US Dollars.
